A program initiated to ensure issues with a septic system are disclosed to the buyer, and that
any such issues will be repaired within one year of the closing date by the existing owner or the buyer as they decide
in their real estate contract. This is done by requiring an inspection on every property transfer to protect the buyer
from unforseen problems & associated costs and the ground and water from contamination and its ill effects.
